BRANCHE OLIVE OIL CYCLE

HARVEST & PROCESSING

During November, we harvest our olives in Spain.

Olives are processed in small batches, and our oil is preserved in stainless steel nitrogen-cooled tanks at our farm, allowing for 14/15 months of pristine quality 

after harvest.

TESTING #1

Our olive oil goes through the first round of sensory testing to ensure our flavor and profile standards.

TRANSPORTING & TESTING #2

Our oils are ready for their journey to California
during the early weeks of December.

Our olive oil goes through a second round of blind
sensory testing.

BOTTLING

Here is where our first BRANCHE batch is born and poured into our UV-coated vessels.

DISTRIBUTION

Our bottles are ready in our temperature-controlled distribution facility. From this date, our oils will be less than one year in age when delivered to you to ensure the utmost quality, antioxidant level, and flavor.

NEW HARVEST & DISTRIBUTION

The new harvest processing begins and starts our olive oil cycle over again.

After 14/15 months, the previous harvest is replaced with the new season of olive oil.
